Shipping policy
General Processing & Dispatch Information
Orders typically take between 3-4 working days to be processed and shipped by our dispatch team. The exception is personalised, pre-order, or bespoke pieces. Processing times for these products vary and will be discussed on placing an order or will be noted in the product description.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the following working day. At this time, we are not able to ship for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.
After your order has been processed with our team, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We ship worldwide, so rates & estimated delivery dates vary depending on where you are located and whether your order has been sent with standard or tracked shipping. Postage & packaging prices are based on the size of prints within your order and the type of delivery service you would like. Please refer to guidelines on your area below for further details.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at support@lucyclaireillustration.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not not been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute any items once they have been shipped.

International Orders
Duties & Taxes for EU and USA Customers
All EU and USA orders are shipped Duties Paid (DDP).
This means all taxes and duties are collected at checkout and your order will arrive with no extra customs charges or unexpected fees.
Please note that international shipments (outside of EU and USA) may be subject to import and customs fees, over which we have no control.
The recipient of the order is responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount or nature of these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.
Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for customs or transit delays, as these factors are beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure prompt shipping and delivery, external circumstances such as customs processing times may impact the final delivery date.
A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 25 working days in Europe and 32 working days for the rest of the world. This timescale allows a parcel to be returned to sender (us), if this is the case we will contact you and let you know that it has been returned.
If your order has not arrived after this timeframe and it has not been returned to us, then we are happy to replace the order. In this instance we will need to ensure that your delivery address was supplied to us correctly.
Europe
For Orders Delivered to the EU:
All EU orders are shipped Duties Paid (DDP). Taxes and duties are collected at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

If choosing our standard shipping option, we cannot provide you with any updates on the whereabouts of your order once it is in the hands of our shipping carrier. We have unfortunately seen international orders take between 1-2 months to arrive and we would highly recommend choosing a tracked option so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you!
We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier and we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.
United States of America (USA)
All USA orders are shipped Duties Paid (DDP). Taxes and duties are collected at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
