Refund policy

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Changed your mind?

If you let us know before your order is printed, we will cancel and refund you in full, with nothing to return. Just contact us. Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you can still return a standard item within 14 days of receiving it: you arrange and pay for the return, the item should be unused and in its original condition, and we refund you once it reaches us. For orders shipped outside the EU and UK, a full refund is available if you cancel before it is printed; once printed or dispatched, postage is non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
